great. easy online booking in the evening. good choices and easy to go back to change decision. I went to be having booked a cruise without needing help, which was great.

changed booking 13 months in advance and was charged 100 pound admin fee when they have held 400 pound deposit, would not price match as cruise found cheaper than we were charged within 24 hours...

DISAPOINTED
I BOOKED ON THE SHIP AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE CHEAPE AT £2980 SAW THE SAME CRUISE THIS WEEK SAME CABIN FOR £1632 WILL NEVER EVER BOOK ON THE SHIP AGAIN TO EXPENCIVE I AM SORRY TO SAY 3
