Website not good for booking. Staff on the phone were helpful
The website does not have the technology to apply a Merlin pass discount, nor can it supply tickets to members of my group who don’t have a pass of their own

Staff were extremely helpful even when I mixed my dates up, they emailed me to say someone would call that evening and they did;) they lady who called was lovely and resorted by booking
