I’m not confident on a computer.
Not being competent on a computer, I found after booking my stay that I couldn’t book entrance tickets. Also had to do everything twice when booking our slot for breakfast.

Booking procedure not straight-forward enough.

Booking when you have a season pass is a bit clunky and wasn't very intuitive when trying to amend a basket. Ended up more than once having to cancel the whole order and restart.
