Very quick and easy to make my booking
The website is very easy to use, however it did take me a few moments to find the ‘merlin annual pass’ booking page. Once I found it the booking was quick and simple to complete.

Easy to use, good options in regards to both onsite and offsite. Clear pictures of the accommodation and confirming what you get in the hotel and as part of your stay.

It was easy enough to book the hotel but difficult to book tickets to include Merlin pass holders, could have been an easier process to combine everything.

The website said there was an error and I've booked twice. Now the phones are closed to amend
