Wow it didn't take to you 28days to respond! Amazing how quick you work when the complaint is made public. Take the one star and walk away. Trust me You don't want the photos of my holiday made public together with your response. It would be very damaging to your already dire reputation.

This has already been provided to support@alpharooms - no reply during my stay until I kept pestering. Only got a reply after my stay and then asked to contact customerrelations@alpharooms Sent around 5 emails - no acknowledgement or reply. It should really be 0 stars.
