Good afternoon, I am sorry that I could not get in touch with you but I wanted to take the time to explain our loyalty scheme. For each item that you buy on our website you get a point for each £1.00 spent (For instance and item worth £8.09 will get you 9 points). Each point is worth 1p and can be used against the value of future orders (excluding P&P and VAT). When you place an order, you can check how many points you have available on the basket page. If you check on the left hand side of the screen below the images of the products in your basket, there is an orange box which will say “You have xxxx loyalty point(s) available”. Below this is a box where you can select how many points you want to use. If you click apply, the equivalent amount will be taken off your total. Looking at your account, it does not seem that you have used this so you should have some points built up. Thank you for taking the time to respond to us and I hope that this has helped. Good afternoon, Thank you for taking my call earlier; I just wanted to take the time to reaffirm the reasons why we have a 12pm cut off point for next day delivery and why you did not get your order on Saturday. There are two reasons we have this specific cut off point, the first of which is to do with our courier. Our courier can arrive to collect our deliveries between 1pm and 5pm, so in order to have the order picked and prepared in time, we set a cut of point of 12pm. The second reason for the cut of point is that should, on the rare occasion, an item be out of stock, we can order the majority of them from our supplier for delivery that afternoon. All things being equal, we will then get that order despatched for delivery next working day. With regards to Saturday deliver, it is a service we do not offer. For guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, delivery costs can reach an excess of £20, which is far in excess of what we charge for priority postage. All of this information is in the Deliveries and Returns section of our website. However, we do understand where some confusion may have arisen and we to help prevent this going forward we have added the following message to the priority postage description – “(Before 12pm For Next Business Day)”. I hope that this should prevent similar situations going forward. As to the feedback reminded arriving before your parcel had arrived, that was a mistake and we hope to have resolved that.
