The quality of face to face teaching was excellent. Really beneficial having time to practice all exercises.
I think the face to face teaching was not long enough though and should have covered more...

I would recommend this course to everyone.
All the exercise movements were all good and easy to be followed by some of our residents.. The instructor's very energetic and she's amazing. Questions are being answered too after each session.
