Thank you very much for your comments. Please accept my apologies for your problems. I'm not sure why you couldn't get in contact with us. I have looked through our email system and cannot find an email from you. Our Live Chat system is on from 9am until 4pm and so are our phones. I will be having all our systems checked and hopefully this will be cleared up shortly. I have spoken to the company who delivers the pallets for us. They did not try to contact you as they was passing through the area and took a chance to get the pallet to you quicker than normal. If they were unable to deliver at that time, they would most certainly have contacted you to book in a delivery. Should you have any other issues, please do not hesitate to contact me on my personal email deborah@alertelectrical.com or call us on 01158 240259 Kind Regards Debbie Jones
