I’m sorry that you were unable to obtain a quotation for Home insurance due to technical issues with our systems and that we did not call you back and this does not meet our own expectations of service. Please accept my apologies for this.
We have recently amended our call back processes, and should you choose to allow us to quote for your home insurance in the future, I would like to expect that we would perform more satisfactorily.
