I am sorry if we upset you. We only publish one catalogue a year, which we mail to recent customers.
If you send an e-mail to help@grand-illusions.com we will remove your name from the mailing list, and you will then not receive the catalogue that we will be sending out this Autumn.

Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify though: I did not mind receiving the catalogue that was sent to me (at my billing address), I actually welcomed it. It was the additional copy that was sent to the seperate delivery address that I took issue with. Other than that the service was excellent.
