As per the messages on our website homepage / in the checkout and "T+Cs" - we were on holiday between 6th and 14th of February and any order placed during this period would be shipped on Monday 15th.
This order was placed on Saturday 6th and shipped on Monday 15th as we indicated it would be.

Delivery was delayed but it was stated at checkout that it would be due to holidays, however I did not see this when placing my order so originally I gave negative feedback which in hindsight was a mistake. Feeling bad now.
