Kuka voi jättää Feefo-arvostelun?

Vain asiakkaat, joilla on tosite ostoksesta, voivat jättää Feefo-arvostelun. Varmistamme tämän ottamalla yhteyttä ostajiin heti kaupanteon jälkeen.

Miten tarkastamme arvostelut?

Varmistamme, että arvostelut ovat aidoilta asiakkailta vertaamalla niitä myyntiin tai tapahtumaan. Ihmisiä pyydetään jättämään arvostelu vasta sen jälkeen, kun he ovat ostaneet yritykseltä.

Miten käsittelemme väärennettyjä arvosteluja?
