With the slate products we do try and describe the products as best we can, in this case we've described "natural, handcrafted products, irregularities are to be expected on the edges and surface". Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, on our site we are unable to display the text you require on the product and use our images as guidance. Our image has 12 words on it and your text contained 27 words. If we think we are unable to fit the words on it or it becomes illegible we contact our customers. The fonts are available to view but we agree it could be clearer and are currently looking at ways of improving this aspect. Many thanks once again for your views. You Name It
impressed with service as they phoned the day after i ordered to make sure the wording was correct before they proceeded.Due to computers being updated they had experienced loss of details.
ordered engraved item in afdternoon and it came within 2 working days, hoever i think the postagfe for first class is very expensive at nearly £6, and it would probablydeter me from using them again

Thank you for your feedback. We have just recently amended our postage to make it more transparent to our customers, having 3 layers of postage. After much consideration we calculated that £5.95 was a cost that we could absorb and would be acceptable to our customers. However, we do understand that when ordering an item under £20 this can appear a lot. We will continue to monitor our feedback and review it again soon. Once again thank you. You Name It
