Good start,weak ending
The negotiator dealing with the sale of my late mothers house was absolutely perfect, kept me informed all the way...….until she left, I didn't get any further updates, I had to chase all the time...

Unfortunately the week of your exchange and completion did coincide with your negotiator, Sarah, going travelling., Whilst we tried to ensure that nothing was missed, it would appear we had a few issues with redirected emails that week.
