We take all complaints extremely seriously, most especially when they relate to the quality of our products. All of our picture framers, are Fine Art Trade Guild qualified framers. We are the only online framer to invest in this level of training.

Having placed an order for a picture I am happy to say that the quality of the product is good. Sadly there was a problem overlooked with the picture that was sent out - something in the frame attached to the image - but they were quick to apologise and sort out a replacement. They answered the phone immediately and the person was able to make all the arrangements to fix the problem without having to go through any sort of call centre experience. They had to arrange one day to collect the old picture and then another to deliver back after correction but the new picture is perfect
