After reading the truly meaningless response shown above from The Dragon Trip, I can only conclude that the incompetence and ineptitude of our South Korean guide is equally matched by the inadequacy and incompetence of the people in management of The Dragon Trip. They should be ashamed of their continued failure to accept responsibility or to offer real corrective actions.

After reading the disingenuous reply shown above from The Dragon Trip, I can only conclude that that the incompetence and ineptitude of our South Korean Guide is equally matched by the incompetence and inadequacy of the people in management of The Dragon Trip. They should be ashamed of their continued failure to acknowledge their responsibility for the significant failures of this tour or to provide viable corrective measures.
