Website is well organised mand easy to use. Once I chose a hotel it was simply a matter of making the payment. Great that PayPal was an option as I always hate giving my credit card details over...

Easy to use, they don't charge your card straight away like Agoda does. Easy to change or cancel.
Called customer support for enquiries and got connected after 1 minute.

Wotif accommodation booking recently.
Very easy to navigate website but paying via PayPal did not work for my booking.
Why have PayPal as an option if it doesn’t work, quite frustrating!
