Thanks for your feedback. It sounds like you’ve purchased a ‘pay later’ property when booking online. Wotif still give customers the option of paying in advance on many properties at the time of booking, and we’ve now added the option of paying later (when you check out) on many properties as well. If the property you select offers both of these options, you can select which payment option suits you best.
