Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your order arrived earlier than expected. I can see on the paperwork that we did book it with the couriers for Monday as expected, but unfortunately during Covid-19, we have found almost all couriers to be less reliable than normal. I am sorry about that, but of course if any order does turn up early, just let us know and we can of course have it returned on the correct day for you.
Regarding the kerbside delivery, we did notify you about this in the email which included your delivery date , under the Important Information section. We do also state this in the delivery information on our website at https://www.woodfloorwarehouse.co.uk/delivery , which is displayed on every product just above the description.
Despite the inconvenience, I do hope that you enjoy your flooring and that it exceeds your expectation.

Twas grand and fast delivery and products looked similar to site photos
Excellent service, and Brian recommended a laminate guillotine which was fantastic and saved me hours of cutting and clean up time.
I will continue to use Wood Floor Warehouse for my floors.

Went over and above to accommodate during the current restrictions
Customer service is quality, love the laminate flooring and the delivery was slow (due to coronavirus) but was packaged nicely and delivery drivers were great. Very happy and would definitely order...
