The packaging of the item was disappointing, the chain was tangled and knotted and untangling…
The packaging of the item was disappointing, the chain was tangled and knotted and untangling was a difficult task. I expected better presentation of the jewellery given the not inconsiderable cost.

We are working on new packaging to be introduced this summer and will incorporate your experience into its design. We have a number of heavier weight gold chains in stock that you may prefer to match with this pendant. We will contact you today to see if one of these might be more appropriate for you.
