Excessive Packaging
While the product is fine and it arrived quickly, it came in a HUGE box with reams of paper stuffing. Yes, it is recyclable but extremely wasteful.

Poor packaging.
The products are well priced but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered 6 bottle vases and only 3 survived shipping. Loosely packed in an oversized box I’m surprised any where complete....

Still not been informed that my i team is in stock for me to collect. Store 20 miles from home so need to know before I just turn up!
