Hello, I would like to report a resolution. The parcel was delivered on Sunday. It had been delivered by Hermes to 16 Hampden Grove, these neighbours who live across & 4 houses down delayed bringing it over for some reason which led me to believe that it had not been posted & although Hermes had actually delivered it (to the wrong address) I was not aware. So glad I have the parcel now & I love my top... not sure I would trust Hermes in future. Regards
