Slow response to queries

I have sent email enquiry and the wait is too long for a reply these days people expect fast response to wait 3 days with still no reply is not good

Really disappointed that only one item was delivered and the other was out of stock whenthey let me order it. Extremely frustrating when trying to shop for Christmas gifts!
