Poor show and rip off

Never any updates of progress and moreorless fought claim myself but still took massive commission - that's just as unfair as PPI .

Thank you for taking time to forward this feedback to us - we apologise for your feelings of frustration with the process of completing your successful claim for mis-sold PPI compensation.

Unfortunately, as each claim is dealt with on an individual basis, the process followed can vary dependant on external factors including the specific creditor we are liaising with or any previous claims made directly by the claimant or another company. Cases can be further complicated and delayed if they are forwarded to the Financial Ombudsman Service due to the increased workload the PPI scandal has created.

We are pleased, however, we could successfully assist in reclaiming what was originally mis-sold to you.
