Hi Mark! I have looked at our file and regret to see that you hadn't mentioned this problem previously. We try to make sure that all our clients are happy with their service and would have investigated any complaint immediately, if it had been raised. Anyway, I have checked into this matter and you are absolutely right! My member of staff missed the fact that you had already had a quotation from our website, and I am sending you a cheque for £20 today with my sincere apologies.
