Hi Ceri, thank you for your response. We are already in phase 1 of supporting SMETS2 meters where we can connect to these meters remotely but at the moment we do not use the technology to the full extent. Therefore, for the short period of time we ask our customers to continue submitting their readings. Very soon we will start installing the smart meters, indoor displays and we will start using SMETS2 to their full potential. Thank you, Utility Point.
