We aim to fulfil all our orders however sometimes we run out of stock, particularly during busy times like sales. Our website does not display stock in realtime, hence the reason you can order items that turn out to be unavailable. Your funds for the out of stock items should have been automatically refunded and I can only apologise that this did not happen on this occasion. We would love to see you as a returning customer.
