Thank you for your feedback. We are interested to hear our customers opinions on our products in order to aid our continual improvement. To my knowledge we have never been asked previously for an instruction guide on this product so I will pass your comments on to see if this is something that we could supply in the future. We are in the process of producing video clips for many products in our range to show the assembly process. We feel that these will help customers put together products correctly and utalise all their functions. It would be a great help to know where the product has broken? The header is manufactured in acrylic and therefore can break if it has any type of impact. However the stand is a robust product that we would not expect to break easily.
