No feedback
There has been absolutely no feedback and they won't answer their phone. I don't know if I have a reservation or not, and no idea about when or where to meet them.

Awesome
We had an amazing time on board. The crew is very friendly and the snorkeling spots were very nice. We would really recommend this trip.

Good service we were delayed 20 mins and our pick up was waiting for us on arrival. Didn't speak English so was a quiet journey to the hotel but pleasant enough. No water given or map. Could see...
