Using a SOLIDWORKS license purchased within North America is subject to the North American EULA (End User License Agreement) as such only temporary usage while traveling outside of North America is supported with a current license. Using a North American license on a permanent basis in another "Geolocation" (Continent) is in violation of the EULA that has been accepted for the usage of this software. After determining that your travel plans were temporary, our team member requested to meet, but it appears by that time, our records indicate you decided to wait until returning to North America to continue troubleshooting.
