How delightful to have read that you found our Travel Director, Julien, to be excellent on our Paris and Provence. All of our Travel Directors genuinely care about our guests and their enjoyment on our trips, and we are sure that you saw that firsthand with Julien. Although some restaurants did not meet your expectations, we are so glad that you experienced travel the Trafalgar way; from the inside. Thanks for your acknowledgment of our Coach Driver and Travel Director. Although you felt some of the distances traveled were long, it's so pleasing to know you enjoyed all the beautiful scenery on our Mexico's Copper Canyon.

We appreciate your feedback relating to the food and wine that was provided on this trip, and were sorry to learn that it may not have met your expectations at times. We will ensure that our Quality Control team are informed of your disappointment with the meal at the Audeley Pub. Your feedback for our Travel Director, Anna, is really lovely, and we will pass it along to her Manager to share with her. The knowledge that our Travel Director's possess is astounding, and really helps to draw our guests deeper into their destination.

For more time at each location, we kindly suggest looking into our At Leisure style trips, which also have later start times and additional free to further explore the unique sights.
