Hi Tony, sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Onglet. If possible, could you send me a picture as I will escalate this with our supplier. We pride ourselves on purveying quality produce, so I want to get to the bottom of why this particular piece was underwhelming. Great all round quality standard
Whenever I've needed to call with a query, staff have been so helpful. The quality of the meats I've purchased has been exemplary and packaging and delivery has been sturdy and fast.
