Great purchase and customer service...
I love the waterproof jacket I bought from TOG24. It is comfortable to wear, warm and easy to look after. Once I found there was a small defect they immediately rectified it. Will definitely purchase...

No refund
I returned the hoodies 2 weeks ago and still haven't had a refund

Service was excellent. Whenever I'd email, I would recieve an answer the following day. Great service from Rubecca. Only bad thing was I paid £90 for my coat only to find it was £70 the next after....
