Hi Jenny, Thanks so much for the detailed feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share. I've chatted with your travel specialist and gone through your feedback with her to highlight areas that could be improved for next time. I can see that Catherine did try and work around the time zone challenges as best she could often making herself available outside of her normal working hours to accommodate the challenges. We do always endeavour to make it as convenient as possible. I'll also flag to our technical team regarding the issues you had with different browsers in viewing more details with the activities. Overall though I'm glad that it was a fabulous trip and that your guide was amazing. Your guide on the ground can really make or break the experience.
