A fantastic cheap break , my son and his cousin absolutely enjoyed spending two days visiting the park plus staying over at a near by hotel being able to use there swimming pool after we got back...

misleading discount offer.
The Nus website advertised a 20% disvount which i was told was no longer possible and the site was out of date as Thorpe Park had removed the offer but not informed nus.

Efficient and pleasant staff
Had to change the date of my booking and the staff was very helpful. They responded immediately and changed the booking at no cost other than the price difference. Great service!

The park and rides no problem the Finns resturant was a complete joke after waiting 90mins for our food it arrived cold

The staff I can not praise enough very helpful. As for the Finn restaurant it was unbelievabley bad. After waiting 1hour 45mins for our food to arrive both my sons and mine were cold. I ordered I beef burger that still had ice in it needless to say we left hungry without paying I wasn't prepared to wait any longer for food we ordered nearly 2 hours earlier. I asked to speak to someone who apologised and said they had been very busy. With no more then 20 customers in the restaurant I wouldn't have called it busy. The only other issue we had the fast rack didn't work nor did three of the rides we tried to get on because of technical issues. We wasted over 40 mins of the fastrack time which didn't go down to well on the morning we tried to use it. The two days we spent there we enjoyed other then the issues above. I left asking myself would we go back the answer yes but I would never eat there or take the fastrack option again. Regards Tony mead.

We are very sorry to see that your time in Finns Bar & Grill fell below your expectations during your recent visit. I will be sure to pass your concerns onto the food and beverage department onsite at Thorpe Park, as all comments are taken very seriously.
As rides are mostly mechanical from time to time they do face technical difficulties. As guest safety is one of the primary concerns at Thorpe Park, rides are closed until engineers can fully ensure the ride would be safe to continue operation. I am very sorry to see that this put a negative spin on your trip as you couldn't use the fast track tickets to their full potential.
Despite these issues, I am very glad to see that for the most part your time at Thorpe Park was enjoyable and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
