My initial feedback was poor. I had received a feedback form for my order but hadn’t actually received it. For that reason, I felt I could only give a ‘poor’ rating. The following day. I received my order and can now review my feedback. So I am now giving an ‘Excellent’ rating. The book I ordered arrive in excellent condition and well packaged. It took 9 days from the time of order (which was in the evening) to receiving it.
