Let down
My order has not been fulfilled due to an error on Smalltot’s website, an error for which the cost to correct has been passed on to the customer by lack of fulfilment. Disappointed.

You've charged me for a order with no shipment or confirmation...
I reached out to get status of my order and no one responds. I will have to contest the charge with my bank if this website doesnt acknowledge my order or when theyre shipping it.
