I feel the packaging was poor quality and the battery on the watch was dead which meant the watch could not be worn for Christmas day as it was given as a gift.

Great Watch and Service
Very nice Watch. Unfortunately shipped with dead battery, but replaced at local jewellers and cost refunded by BWC. Good service!
