Very upset i had to ring to find out when paint was being delivered, why late. To find out it was not as there had been spilt paint.

We are sorry to hear that your tin of paint was damaged in transit, I can see from our notes that your order was placed on the 2nd January and was despatched on the 3rd. The tin was then held by our courier, due to the damage, however we were not informed that this had occurred. Please be assured we have spoken with our Account Manager at the courier service regarding this incident and apologise that their lack of communication caused the delay.
Once you contacted us in regards to your delivery we were then informed about the damage and subsequently offered to send out an immediate replacement to yourself which was declined and a refund was issued.
