I have a negative balance right now on my points i don't know whats wrong, other than that i would still love to work but support doesn't respond on my tickets why do i have negative points balance.

All tickets receive a reply within 8 hours, no exceptions. Simply view the ticket for details of any response.
If you have a negative balance then it is the result of surveys or offers not being completed correctly and the advertisers claiming back the reward/credit previously awarded.
Please ensure that all surveys and offers are completed correctly to avoid this. Be aware that if we continued to see an issue with your account, then it would be reviewed for closure.
