Your feedback is much appreciated. I am sorry to hear you have not had a great experience with ordering online due to the information that has been provided. We do have a product description located on each product page, along with an Additional Information and Product Description located at the bottom of each product page for further information. We have also divided our categories, to avoid this confusion (We have name labels as one section, which are a vinyl label used for drink bottles, books, containers) and our iron on labels, under the clothing label category. In saying this, Your labels should peel off the backing sheet easily - I have emailed for to gain more information on this, as I cannot see any clothing labels within your order, and we would like to have all faulty labels replaced for you! Thanks so much for your feedback. Our Labels have not changed since 2012 but we do find that some modern day containers contain silicons or dimples etc that make the Labels more difficult to adhere to. It is our policy to replace products that may not be working in the way they are intended. I will contact you directly to see what we can do to help. Thanks again Stuck on You Customer Service
