Really excellent customer service! Super quick to respond. There was a small printing order on our first batch and they corrected the mistake right away.

Hi Alexandra, I am very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I can confirm that your order was shipped on the 26th of May with FedEx and the tracking has been updated today to show it is in transit to your delivery address. Your order is due to arrive by Monday - I will keep an eye on this for you over the weekend and email you with any updates Monday morning. Hi Kate, Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your package arrived this way. I can assure you that the stickers were indeed packed and shipped however it looks like either the original packaging got damaged or was tampered with, causing the stickers to go missing during shipping. I have raised a claim with the courier to find out more on this. As discussed in our emails, a full refund has been actioned and you should receive your payment back within the next few days. Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused. -Lauren
