It does please us to hear your daughter was happy with them, school shoes can be difficult therefore we do try to think about quality as well as style and comfort in the hope to please the little ones at school. We are sorry to hear you found our delivery slightly long as we do aim to be as quick as possible, offering free delivery. Where we can we dispatch our items same day for next day delivery at no extra cost, however some items do need to be called in which can sometimes add a few days to delivery time, we are working on this.
