The service was very good as I received the backjoy two days after my order but for the second item the magnifier it took one week to receive but overall it was very good.

I'm very sorry that this item took so long to get to you. The socks were due into us shortly after your order was placed but the delivery was unfortunately delayed at the last minute. Apologies that it was not communicated to you.

I have to tell you that my new phone has stopped working.it appears that it needs charging but when taking of charge it goes completely dead.what do you think the problem is

I will certainly be ordering from Spring Chicken again soon.
From my experience , purchasing from Spring Chicken has been easy. The staff are so helpful and very pleasant. The items I ordered were sent to me almost by return of post.
