Hi , Simply reply to us with your original order confirmation with your complaint , then we send a replacement out on a pre. 930am delivery ( cut off 12pm ) its as simple as that . i know you were worried as you had used and tried to retrofit the wrong one , we would not need this back anyhow . This is our picking error & not your fault so you need not worry about contacting us , if its our mistake there is no Quibble from us .

Hi , you ordered on the Thursday , we delivered to you place of shipping on the Monday we have a picture of the Hairdressers front door from the carrier trying to deliver . But on your order confirmation you failed to mention the shop ( WAS NOT OPEN ON MONDAYS ) or you never supplied a mobile number as the phone number you supplied rang out ( no one there ), after this the carrier returned goods to the depot for further instructions . If you would have supplied in the order notes the hairdressers were shut on Monday and supplied a mobile number you would have received in good time , unfortunately you never ? upon extra attempts and more goods send at our cost we was successful . we was never once rude , we remained professional throughout and we refunded you £15 shipping money which you failed to mention in your Rant ?. ( You never paid for NEXT DAY delivery , you paid for a delivery ) all goods go out on a next day ( not guaranteed ) service but if your not home or you dont leave adequate arrival instruction if your not there delays will occur .
