Thank you for your feedback Emma, we are glad you were impressed with the drivers and booking system. We are working on smaller time slots and have started sending better estimates on the day. The delivery fee is increased if in storage for less than 3 months we have put this in red on the pricing page but will look into making this more prominent on other pages too. The pick up man is great, he was helpful and very gentle. It will be better if he could send confirm message at the start of the day so that I don’t have to call to make sure they will come
