I am so sorry to read this feedback, I really don't know what has happened here, it just seems that with a few staff change arounds we have really let you down. Not acceptable at all and I am sorry. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we have no excuse on this occasion, the paperwork should have been passed back to the office for us to give you the choice on waiting or having a partial dispatch.
