Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. I do want to take this opportunity to respond to some of the points you have made in your feedback. With regard to different pricing on different platforms we sell our products to Amazon directly for resale, Amazon then sell the products on their platform. We have no control over the price Amazon sells the products at and in fact it is illegal for us to tell Amazon what price they can sell at. On this product on this occasion they had the product for less. I am sorry that we didn't reply to your email and we will be investigating internally why this didn't happen.
Currently we only have a very small number of people working in the office, who are working really hard to process and dispatch our orders, when the phones were turned on, they spent a large portion of their day fielding calls for other areas of the business who were working from home, meaning they were unable to get on with the job in hand.
