Reseñas de SkyParkSecure

Dear Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback although we are sorry to hear that you find airport parking expensive. SkyParkSecure.com compare the prices of hundreds of different car parking services at all the major airports in the UK and although we don't have control over the initial prices, we do offer discount on them. Many factors can affect the pricing such as availability at the car parks and how far in advance you are booking (remember it usually pays to book early!), the prices are also subject to change up to every half an hour. Kind regards, The SkyParkSecure.com Team

Dear Collette, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I have checked and can view you contacted us to advise you attempted to make a back to back booking however the incorrect car park was booked. Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel and refund the booking as per the terms and conditions. As we do not own or operate the car parks cannot override the terms. We would advise to claim the cost of your car parking back through any travel insurance you may have. Kind regards, The SkyParkSecure.com Team

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We responded to your email on 28/08/2026 and advise there was an anomaly in the booking process which caused the payment to be taken but the booking was not successful. The payment was not captured and was automatically refunded on the 27/08/2026, this would have shown as pending on your account and the money should have then been returned to you. Kind regards, The SkyParkSecure.com Team
