Hello, Many thanks for the order, my apologies for the delay. Apparently a small number of Parcelforce depots were struggling with driver shortages combine with bank holiday weekend parcel back logs. Had we of known before hand about potential delays we have put service warnings on our site. Like all retailers, we naturally get the occasional delay with every courier company that we use… but I know it’s a pain when you need something quickly. Apologies again for the aggro….
